Specialists in motor vehicle and property damage claims, this close knit and friendly firm have grown to now cover other legal areas including property law and range of dispute resolution matters.
Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join their team. Commencing on a part time basis initially, you will be supporting 3 lawyers with a range of secretarial and administrative tasks including:
- Diary management
- Phone & email queries
- Document preparation
- Drafting correspondence
- Communicating with staff and clients of all levels
- File management
- General administration support
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary within litigation and claims (plaintiff) along with the following:
- High level of attention to detail
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to work within a fast pace environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Leap will be highly regarded!
