We are seeking an experienced and passionate Workplace Advisory Specialist. If you love client contact and running your own show (alongside Partners who value your contribution) and have a solid career history in a relevant area of law then our client invites you to apply to join their cohesive team, where experience, personality and diversity are valued. Ideally you will bring practice with you.You will need to have at least 5 years post admission experience preferably gained in a boutique, mid or top tier firm. You will be hungry for the opportunity to work on a vast array of exciting and challenging matters and take responsibility as required.
In this role you will be exposed to quality, high profile matters from a diverse range of private companies, the public sector, listed companies and employer groups on a wide range of workplace relations issue. These will include workplace relations strategy, enterprise bargaining, collective labor disputes and litigation, individual employment arrangements and litigation, and construction and infrastructure management.
