Technology Trainer | National company | Full-time opportunity

Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne office location | Corporate Services | IT

Our client is seeking a service-focused Technology Trainer to join their team in either their Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne office!

In this role you will:

  • Provide training in a classroom setting to both groups and individuals.
  • Assisting staff both by phone and in person.
  • Provide support and advice to staff, using a high level of problem resolution across a diverse range of areas and provide ongoing learning and development.
  • Train and facilitate new programs.

This could be the role for you!

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to train and offer one-on-one support to users in a wide range of technology applications across o365
  • Write and implement training manuals for current and future employees.
  • Bring in new processes and systems for delivering training and programs.
  • Train and assist users in advanced functions across various software applications including:
    • MS Suite, particularly Word 2010 and 2013
    • Advanced knowledge in style, template creation, formatting, and cross referencing.
