Our client is seeking a service-focused Technology Trainer to join their team in either their Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne office!
In this role you will:
- Provide training in a classroom setting to both groups and individuals.
- Assisting staff both by phone and in person.
- Provide support and advice to staff, using a high level of problem resolution across a diverse range of areas and provide ongoing learning and development.
- Train and facilitate new programs.

The ideal candidate will have:
- The ability to train and offer one-on-one support to users in a wide range of technology applications across o365
- Write and implement training manuals for current and future employees.
- Bring in new processes and systems for delivering training and programs.
- Train and assist users in advanced functions across various software applications including:
- MS Suite, particularly Word 2010 and 2013
- Advanced knowledge in style, template creation, formatting, and cross referencing.
