Our client, a national law firm with corporate offices in the Brisbane CBD, is seeking a Legal Receptionist to assist them on a temporary basis. This is a full time assignment commencing Friday 24 January. You will be required to work autonomously on this busy reception desk undertaking the following duties:
- Attending to all incoming phone calls;
- Managing meeting room bookings;
- Preparing meeting rooms for use,
- Arranging couriers;
- Accepting deliveries; and
- Other administrative duties as required.
To be suitable for this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a receptionist in a polished, corporate office either legal or professional services. In addition, you will be professional in attitude and presentation, have a friendly, outgoing nature and be hard working and organised.
