Our client, a national mid-tier law firm, is seeking a superstar Corporate Receptionist to assist their team on a temp basis. Commencing ASAP, you will work ongoing with the firm until they fill the position permanently. This could be anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks at this stage. Your duties will include diary management, assisting with taking incoming calls, meeting & greeting clients, managing meeting rooms, managing mail and couriers, etc.
To be suitable for this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Receptionist. In addition, you will be professional in attitude and presentation, have a friendly, outgoing nature and be hardworking and organised. You will also be available to start immediately.
