We have numerous clients based around Brisbane who desperately require additional temporary assistance within their busy property teams. We are seeking experienced temporary Conveyancing Paralegals to help. You will be responsible for assisting with running residential conveyancing files A-Z, including preparing documents, searches, client liaison and some general secretarial duties.
These positions are available immediately. The hourly pay rate is dependent upon experience and onsite parking is available in all locations.
To be successful in these roles you will have a minimum of 2 years' previous QLD conveyancing paralegal experience running files A-Z, with strong computer literacy and prior knowledge of both LEAP and PEXA. In addition, you will also possess excellent time management skills, high attention to detail, as well as a positive attitude to your work.
