The Firm & The Role
Our client is a boutique law firm based in the heart of the Sydney CBD and due to growth, the Principal of the law firm is looking to recruit an experienced wills & estate lawyer. This role will see you working on a broad range of wills & estate planning matters eg
drafting wills, obtaining probate, assisting with FPA claims and succession disputes, advising clients on trust and superannuation issues.
The working environment is friendly, supportive and collaborative and the firm is well resourced.
Skills & Experience
- You will be either a wills & estate lawyer with at least 4 years pae, experience in family law and elder law would be highly advantageous
- Drafting, research and advisory skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to think laterally
- Client management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborative environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic
