The Firm

Our client is a mid sized law firm with large firm level lawyers. The Partners and Senior Lawyers in the firm have all come from senior positions within large national law firms and in-house roles for major Australian and multinational corporations. This gives the firm a great mix of the skill set and reputation of top level lawyers with the culture and personal service of a smaller firm.

The firm covers several areas of law with a focus on areas including; Business and Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, Commercial Property & Development and Workplace Relations.

The Role

Working for highly impressive partners you will advise on a diverse range of wills and estates and succession planning matters. You will be involved in advising their clients on succession and estate planning, and will also have extensive experience preparing wills and complex testamentary trusts. We are seeking a Lawyer with a solid level of experience in this field, you will be working alongside a very experienced team and supporting the partners. This is a position with real opportunity to grow.

You

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a wills and estates position. You will the ability to express complex problems in a clear and concise manner and excellent client rapport and relationship building skills. Finally, you will have a thirst to develop as this is a role that offers genuine career development.
