Our client, a mid tier firm, is seeking a Workplace Relation Lawyer with min 3 years pae to work alongside a well respected expert and veteran in the field, with a broad range of experience in employment and workplace relations law including litigious and non-litigious matters.
The role will have you working on matters including unfair dismissal, general protections claims, workplace bullying, employment contracts, award interpretation, discrimination, harassment and restraint of trade issues.
On the litigation side, you will represent businesses in the Fair Work Commission, State and Federal Courts, and State and Federal equal opportunity and anti-discrimination tribunals.
You will have the full support of the firm, enjoy flexible working arrangements and love the hands on experience this firm encourages.
If you are an experienced lawyer with experience across Workplace relations, such as

- Discrimination law
- Workplace investigations
- Corporate reorganisations and acquisitions and/or
- Occupational health and safety
