We are currently seeking a Workplace Relations Lawyer to join their growing
Employment Advisory team.
You will advise on a broad range of employment matters including advising on employment agreements, workplace safety and industrial relations, unfair dismissals, anti-discrimination, equal opportunity and complex workplace issues.
This is a great opportunity to work alongside tremendously experienced practitioners who are focussed on sharing their knowledge and mentoring their lawyers to achieve and surpass their potential.
You must have an excellent academic background and a sincere desire to make your mark in the area employment law to be considered. You will have proven experience in a workplace relations based practice and have a specific understanding of the practical application of the Fair Work Act. You will also have a solid understanding of enterprise agreements with strong communication skills as well as a high level of attention to detail.
