The Employment team of this highly impressive firm is currently seeking to recruit a lawyer with a minimum of 2 years post admission experience in workplace relations/employment law.
Reporting to two leaders in the field, you will enjoy exposure to a broad range of advice and litigation related matters. Acting on behalf of leading Australian companies and other major employers, you will advise on matters including employment agreements, unfair dismissal proceedings, workplace harassment, enterprise bargaining agreements and restraints of trade.
This is a highly sought after opportunity to work alongside tremendously experienced practitioners who are focused on sharing their knowledge and mentoring their lawyers to achieve and surpass their potential.
You must have an excellent academic background and a sincere desire to make your mark in this challenging area of law to be considered. You will also need strong communication and drafting skills as well as high level attention to detail.
