About Alison Crowther
With over 20 years recruitment experince I love bringing change to people lives, matching the right organisation or team to the right person.
I am honoured to be a Partner of empire group, working alongside the great people within it.
As a highly experienced recruiter, my career prior to starting with empire group in 2010 is dynamic and diverse. In addition to ‘hands-on’ consulting, I have been privileged and honoured to hold significant management positions including:
– General Manager at Hudson, managing 100 staff across seven recruitment disciplines
– State Manager at the Starlight Children’s Foundation Qld
– Manager Recruitment at KPMG, recruiting for the firm and their clients
As noted above, within my career I have held a position in the Not for Profit industry, working as State Manager at the Starlight Children’s Foundation Qld for over five years. Not only was this a rewarding and fulfilling role, but it also allowed me to expand my relationship skills and gain an even greater appreciation of business management and community awareness, finely crafted skills I now bring to my current role.
I thoroughly enjoy my position at empire group and my philosphy is to provide outstanding service to clients and candidates alike.
When I’m not at empire group, you’ll find me… with my Pug (who I love dearly) and spending my weekends hiking, biking or at the beach. I also have a keen interest in fashion and interiors.
