About April O’Dempsey
With over 20 years in the recruitment industry, I am proud of the knowledge, expertise, and experience I bring to each interaction.
As a senior consultant with Legal Eagles, I specialise in recruiting permanent support staff in small, medium and top tier firms, as well as in-house legal support roles, connecting great people with great people.
Previous to my current role with Legal Eagles which I commenced in 2011, I gained experience recruiting permanent legal support staff whilst working for a highly regarded boutique recruitment agency.
I proudly bring a different type of understanding to all those I work with also, with an intimate and nuanced understanding of the legal industry, having experience myself working within the legal sector for 5 years in support roles for small, medium and large law firms.
I am truly dedicated to recruiting the right person for the right firm and get great satisfaction from assisting support staff to develop their career in the legal industry.
When I am not at legal eagles, you will find me…. spending time with my family and also walking my 2 border collies Dug and Millie. I also do love a good concert and love my music.
