I draw on my diverse background from auditing to entrepreneurship to understand what truly drives people.

Before joining empire group, I explored several career paths—from auditing after completing my Bachelor of Business (Accounting), to running a hair and makeup business, and now co-owning an e-commerce business with my fiancé.

My recruitment journey began in July 2024 as a National Administrator, supporting an amazing team of recruiters across Australia. Given the chance to grow, I’ve since transitioned into a Legal Support Recruitment Resourcer role supporting Tarnya Mangano.

As a Recruitment Resourcer it’s all about connecting motivated individuals to opportunities where they can thrive. Building genuine relationships, understanding what drives each candidate, and guiding them through the hiring process alongside Tarnya is the heart of why I do this work.

When I’m not at empire group, you’ll find me growing my e-commerce business, exploring nature surrounded by greenery, or on the hunt for the perfect iced matcha!
