More recently,  I’ve specialised in legal recruitment and it is where I’ve truly found my passion. I’ve built a strong network across Sydney’s legal market, partnering with law firms, corporates, and government teams to support their evolving legal hiring needs across all levels.

Having recruited across both legal and technology sectors, I’ve developed a deep interest in Legaltech and innovation within the legal ecosystem. This led me to co-found the Legaltech Collective, a community for legal professionals, technologists, entrepreneurs, and anyone passionate about the future of law and tech.

At heart, I’m a community builder and natural connector who believes great hiring is about people and long-term impact, not just filling roles. I take a consultative, transparent, and relationship-led approach, ensuring both clients and candidates feel supported, informed, and set up for success.

When I’m not at empire group, I love spending time with my family, reading, going to live shows, and travelling.
