I transitioned into legal recruitment in 2004 and my true passion for crafting meaningful relationships meant I quickly built up a valued circle of clients and candidates. I’m a firm believer in providing honest and straightforward recruitment services, with a little fun and humour along the way.

Over the years, I’ve recruited in various types of climates and markets and I believe my technical skills and commercial approach is what has led to my long and fulfilling career, particularly in what can often be a very transient business.

I also pride myself on being able to understand the unique and specific needs of my candidates and matching these with the distinct needs of my clients. I thrive on the daily challenge of working with lawyers at all levels, helping them realise their career potential and long-term career ambitions.

When I’m not at empire group, you’ll find me… playing with my three kids or running on the beach with my dog Kanobi.
