At our 2023 conference, empire group focused on teambuilding activities focused on developing our connection with each other and evolving our communication.
This started with a birthday celebration for our July born team members (Amie Luong, Justine Fowles and Harley Lau), and then lead into activities including a job interview relay, a photo competition, and a series of trivia rounds. By focusing on problem-solving activities, we started to understand how team members approach things differently.
The importance of a diverse team was made clear, as different experiences allowed for different perspectives and solutions in each team.
As an agency focused on developing and strengthening our relationships, this starts at our conference with each other.
